Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
Participants must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
9. Behaviour and Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event. We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not comply with this requirement.
10. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and should take appropriate precautions.
We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may occur during our events.

11. Insurance
UK Start Now CIC does not provide insurance coverage for participants in our events.
Participants are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage as needed.
12. Lost or Stolen Property
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. UK Start Now CIC is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property.
13. Event Safety and Security
We take the safety and security of our events seriously. Participants must adhere to any safety and security measures implemented by us or the venue. Any suspicious or inappropriate behaviour should be reported to event staff immediately.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for and attending our events, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UK Start Now CIC and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your attendance at our events or your violation of these Terms.

29. No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us in advance. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any paid fees.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UK Start Now CIC regarding your attendance at our events and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
36. Minors
If minors are allowed to attend events, parental consent and supervision requirements must be adhered to. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
37. Ticket Transfers
Event tickets or registrations may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. You must notify us of the transfer and provide the new participant’s details in advance of the event.
38. Right to Refuse Entry
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms or inappropriate behaviour.
39. Code of Conduct for Online Events
For online events, participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and appropriate equipment. Disruptive behaviour in virtual environments, including inappropriate use of chat functions, unmuting microphones without permission or sharing inappropriate content, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
40. COVID-19 or Health Crisis Clause
Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19 or any other health crisis as directed by us or the venue. This may include wearing masks, social distancing and other measures.
41. Feedback and Surveys
We may request feedback or conduct surveys to improve our events and services. Participation is voluntary but encouraged.
